Sally is one of the owners of Maxenergy Fitness and a personal trainer. She is highly motivated and passionate about educating clients on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. With more than a decade in the industry, Sally has built a loyal client base and enjoys creating new sessions for them.

In addition to teaching pilates, Sally also runs regular coaching sessions for the Active After-school Communities program.
