Alex has been my Personal Trainer for 3 and half years. During this time, Alex has complimented my varied and interesting training program with nutritional and motivational advice. Alex has monitored my progress with regular fitness reports, enabling me to achieve the goals we set together. Alex's unwavering dedication and 100% commitment to excellence in his profession is second to none.

I am a 41-year-old female, married and have 2 children. I have been training with Alex for the past 3 years. During this time, Alex has taken the time and effort to structure a program specifically designed for me. Alex has taken into consideration my body type, my capabilities and time restraints. I am more than happy with his training as I feel my physical fitness has improved dramatically. I have more energy and have gained strength that other programs I have been on have not accomplished. In the past, I have had a lot of back problems and this has inhibited me in many exercise classes. But since I have been training with Alex this is no longer a problem. Not only has Alex's training been physically beneficial, I have also had fun doing his program - his energy is contagious.

My son, who is 23, has been training with Alex for two and a half years. He has scoliosis and went to Alex for postural work. After a Postural Assessment, Alex designed a training program to help remedy my son's condition. As a result of Alex's program and training he has straightened up about 5cm. He continues to train and improve.

Alex has been my Personal Trainer for two months now. I have done a variety of exercises with him: cardio (cycling and jogging), weightlifting, swimming, etc. He has also given me several sessions of stretching and deep tissue massage. I am having two sessions a week of Personal Training with him, and twice a week attending his pilates program. Alex is a competent, hard-working and cheerful trainer who has helped me increase my energy level, strength, flexibility and endurance. My work involves a lot of responsibility and stress, and Alex knows how to relieve stress. I come to train with him after work, very tired, and he gives me the sort of training which boosts my optimism and energy. He knows how to motivate people, and is always ready to give some useful advice. Thanks to Alex I am a different person now. I have had good trainers before but Alex is the best I have ever had.
